Shipping Policy

Customers shipping products are always safe with Renozan however, please note that not all products are being sold by one person as this a multivendor platform with alot of sellers. Even though, this wont be a problem as u will be able to track your shipping product and if something goes wrong or the delivery takes longer than expected please contact us about the problem us as Renozan keep tabs on all customers and vendors.

Refund Policy

If 10 days have already passed after receiving your item, you’ll no longer be eligible for a refund. If you have not received your item but the specified item is already in the hands of the carrier; you will not be able to process a refund at that time. After the item is delivered to the buyer, then you will be able to start processing for a return of the item that was bought before the 10 days have passed. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You can exchange or replace an item through Your Orders if your exchange or replacement meets certain criteria.


Note: Items fulfilled by Renozan.com but sold by another seller can’t be replaced, but can be returned.

You can exchange an item through Your Orders if your return item wasn’t purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions), the return item isn’t subject to a restocking fee, the return item was purchased with a credit or debit card, and the exchange item meets the other eligibility criteria listed below.

Note: We can’t process exchanges for gift returns and exchange items cannot be sent as gifts
